Reports about the upcoming Nothing Phone 2 smartphone have surfaced online. If the leaked information is accurate, the new model is expected to be a major improvement over its predecessor, with a more advanced processor as one of the key upgrades.
Nothing Phone 2 with a new processor?
The Nothing Phone 1 is a smartphone that features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G+ processor. However, it is rumored that the Nothing Phone 2 will be equipped with a more powerful Snapdragon 8 series chip, which would be a significant upgrade from the previous model.
The Nothing Phone 2 is rumored to have a larger battery than its predecessor, with a capacity of 5000 mAh compared to 4500 mAh. However, it is important to note that battery capacity is not the only factor affecting the device’s battery life.
Regarding memory, leaked information suggests that the Nothing Phone 2 will have a minimum of 12 GB of RAM. The predecessor comes in two versions, with either 8 or 12 GB of RAM. The screen size of the Nothing Phone 2 is yet to be confirmed, but it is said to feature an AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. All the mysteries surrounding the Nothing Phone 2 smartphone are expected to be cleared up in the third quarter of 2023, which is when the device is slated for its official release.
Although the Nothing Phone 2 smartphone is set to be launched soon, the Nothing Phone 1 is still readily available for purchase.
