Crypto Thief Buys 39 Teslas  Using OPM

A man in Las Vegas has been charged for a cryptocurrency scam.

According to the charge, he was involved stealing $45 million in crypto in June 2018

He also amassed a fleet of 39 brand-new Teslas, as well as other cars and other luxury items.

Accused was Neil Suresh Chandran - What he planned to do with the Teslas remains a mystery, as of now.

Clients sent him money because one of his businesses, called “ViRSE”

He also claimed to own cryptocurrency and virtual reality companies, as well as other virtual world technologies.

Was Tesla CEO Elon Musk and Amazon’s Jeff Bezos involved in the crime?

He also listed both Elon Musk and Amazon founder Jeff Bezos as investors.

According to the arrest reports, he owned five homes in California and Nevada, a horde of money, a Swiss diamond watch, a Ferrari, Rolls-Royce, a boat, 3 RVs, 2 pickup trucks, a number of other vehicles, and those 39 Tesla EVs.  All of his assets are subject to forfeiture if found guilty.
