The inner part of the bumper also sports a gold accent. This universal design ensures the MOVA V50 Ultra Complete blends seamlessly into most home environments. From an aesthetic standpoint, it presents a more refined look compared to some competitors, such as the Narwal Flow 2. The only prominent feature under the top cover is the dry debris tank.
Our review unit showed minimal signs of wear, primarily on the front bumper, indicating the MOVA V50 Ultra Complete’s robust build quality and ability to withstand regular use. The flat surfaces of both the robot and the docking station simplify dust removal, contributing to easy maintenance.
From the side, the device maintains a standard profile. With its sensor island retracted, the robot measures a slim 89.5 mm (approximately 3.5 inches) in height. The lift height for the mop and side brush—10.5 mm (0.41 inches) and 10 mm (0.39 inches) respectively—may not be groundbreaking. However, the impressive obstacle-climbing ability is notable. According to the manufacturer, the V50 Ultra Complete can clear two-step thresholds up to 60 mm (2.36 inches) high and single thresholds of 42 mm (1.65 inches). During testing, the robot effortlessly navigated into a bathroom with a relatively high threshold, a task that often proves challenging for mid-range devices. Throughout the testing period, the MOVA V50 Ultra Complete covered approximately 600 square meters (6450 sq ft). The design adeptly handles tangled hair; however, without pets, we couldn’t fully assess its performance with pet fur.

The battery life is acceptable, but on a single charge, the robot can clean no more than approximately 80 square meters (860 sq ft) of a typically furnished apartment. Charging speed is also not particularly impressive. Recharging from 10% to about 60% (sufficient to complete a cleaning task) takes approximately 105 minutes. A full charge from empty requires about 3 hours. This indicates that for larger homes, the robot will likely need to pause for a recharge mid-cycle.
